I bought these as I don't like fish, my diets very clean and when I counted marcos I noticed my fat intake was really low, I added nuts and flaxseed tablets to my diet, taking a extra 20g of fat a day from good sources, I got leaner and stronger, will defo keep useing EFAs in my diet
