On my first bag of this I went from 10.50-11.00 stone to 11.50-12.00 stone, I am happy with the results and looking to continue my training on this. Anyone that knows any better weight gainers e-mail c.birchall92@live.co.uk

nice breakdown on this but its let down with it only being malto for its carb source. nice addition of creatine but still not enough in the servings for any noticeable difference. ON need to use better ingredients and it should be a superb gainer
