Leucine is a Branch Chain Amino Acid (one of the 3, along with Isoleucine and Valine).

How much should I take?

We recommend 3 grams in your post workout protein shake. You can also include 3 grams in your intra-workout shake.

3g in 150ml water, fruit juice, your postworkout protein shake, or intra-workout shake, 2 times per day. Leucine stacks very well with Bodybuilding Warehouse PeptoPro as both a fast acting intra-workout that supports muscle recovery, or post workout shake that supports recovery and growth.
