Chocolate Orange and Oat Brownies

INGREDIENTS:
176g of Egg Whites
52g of BBW Premium Casein Protein
14g of Cocoa Powder
40g of Rolled Oats (I used gluten free rolled oats)
120g of Quark
120ml of Whole Milk (or any milk)
Teaspoon of Baking Soda

 

DIRECTIONS:
Put all the ingredients together in a bowl and blend them together. Pour them in a baking tray and bake for about 40 minutes at 150 degrees celsius. The above yields 8 squares

MACROS (per 1 out of 8):
94kcals, 10.6g protein, 6.2g carbs (3g sugar), 3.1g fat (1.4g saturated) and 0.5g fiber.

OPTIONAL: consider adding nuts to the batter before baking or cocoa nibs :-)
