Chocolate Filled Protein Crepes

25g buckwheat flour

80g liquid egg whites
11g BBW Premium Whey Protein (I used toffee but you could use any flavor you like)
90ml milk (I used whole milk but, again, any will do)

25g BBW Premium Casein - Choc-Orange (any and all flavors of casein go)

85ml whole milk (but feel free to use any)

5g cocoa powder

10g coconut oil

First, to make your crepes, mix all the above ingredients together and pour them on a really hot nonstick pan. The batter yields two pan-sized crepes. Make sure they are cooked on one side and flip them. Take one out of the heat and cook the other. Then, for the filling, blend the casein with the milk. You can warm up the milk before if you want it all to be nice and warm. Finally, for the sauce, just melt the cocoa with the coconut and pour on the crepes. The result of all of this together is absolute deliciousness on a plate!!!!!! It's a fun recipe that looks complicated but in reality is so very easy! I dare you to try it and not fall in love :-D

MACROS per 1 crepe without filling = 110kcals, 11g protein, 12g carbs (2.5g sugars), 2.7g fat (1g sat) and 1.3g fiber :-)
MACROS per 1 crepe with casein filling + 'sauce' = 200kcals, 20g protein, 13g carbos (3.5g sugars), 8g fat (5.5g sat) and 1.3g fiber.
