Toffee Whey Muffins

Ingredients
60ml whole milk

45g rolled oats
140g egg whites
40g BBW Premium Whey - Toffee
20g cream cheese
80g pumpkin puree
1 medjool date
1g baking powder
1g baking soda
cinnamon



Directions
Mix the above ingredients together and bake at 150 degrees celsius for 25-35 minutes (until your knife comes out clean). I topped some of them with chocolate orange casein (casein + milk) which adds a nice added dimension to them so give it a thought if you want (can use any casein: chocolate, vanilla, etc).

Macros: 1 muffin = 99kcals, 9.5g protein, 10g carbs (4.5g sugars), 2.7g fat (1.4g sat). 0.8g fiber.
