Decent Supp

I personally prefer bodybuilding warehouses' multi-vitamin but helps with deficiencies and aids recovery to some extent you do feel well rested when taking these. Overall good supplement :)

Great Value X Price Per Weight.

Every other review seems to say how great this product blends which it does but I found it seemed powdery or granular within the drink, I felt the same about the PHD product so its not just this one. If it wasn't for this I'd give the full 5 stars That aside it is a great flavour (strawberry)it is easy to mix and best value price per weight casein out there. I'm ordering caramel biscuit next and wont be ordering from anywhere else.

Worth Every Penny

Bought these as they where recommended by a magazine so i thought id give them a try,you take them before you go to sleep,i noticed the effects in the morninng and i still do,worth a try and there recommended for the over 40s trainer.

Fantastic Recovery Boost

I work in a gym 40 hours a week, teach 19 classes in that time, then train 5 days a week for my own training. Oh and I run with a local athletics club. I used to train hard and recover ok. But since I've started using BBW Zinc Magnesium and Vitamin B6 I'm recovering better, sleeping more soundly and performing better (and this is not after a few days use!) Even got the wife (also works in fitness) using them and she's seeing results too. Definitely getting more!
