i would highly recomend warrior blaze i was at 15 stone and started taking these dident change my diet whatso ever just ate the same stuff just very little cos of its appitite supressant i drank lots of water and now im down to 9 stone 10 and that is after 4 months i tried all kinds of fat burners and weight loss tabs and nothing helped im glad my friend told me about these i can get into lovely dresses now and feel alot lighter and have alot more energy
