1st day i had massive energy, zero appetite but it did take that day to adjust to them, by second day felt amazing. I know use 2 to 3 a day on a good diet and 1.5 hrs to 2hrs gym work, cardio even days weights on odd's. These have been perfect for me, dropped in body fat, gained muscle. and im only two weeks in, i WILL be ordering more soon. But be warned they are strong, sometimes i have to make myself eat !!!
