These are freaking awesome, they taste so good considering the macros on them. I def recommend the coconut and the cookie dough flavour. I do think they are too pricey but unfortunately there is probably no other protein bar on the market that tastes as good as Quest.

Two scoops + 150ml water, put in the fridge for an hour and you get protein mousse that tastes like angel delight! (based on strawberry flavour).
This is by far one of my favourite products that BBW distribute. I have tried all flavours and have not been disappointed with any of them. This is ideal snack, or meal if made in a larger quantity. Nutrients are well balanced, protein is of high quality as well as carbohydrates. What more can you ask for? Screw Quest Bars “Eat Clean”, this is truly a CLEAN treat with no hidden carbs, sugars or dodgy ‘net’ carb calculations. Besides, it is bloody PANCAKES that taste like normal pancakes you would get from a bakery but full of protein and good for you. I could honestly smash heaps of these in one sitting!!! I always have these with some sort of nut butter to make up my fats, and dependent on the time of day I have them, I might grill some banana or mix in some blueberries to the mix. You will not be disappointed, fantastic product and will certainly keep you on track if you are dieting.
