Directions:

Gives great energy whilst in the gym, definately a hard gainers product, just make sure you get plenty of water and up your protein, Also make sure you cycle the product though. Like all Animal productsthey come in a pill form, allowing you to leave out the energy complex if wanted.....The red pill BTW.
