Directions:

As a dietary supplement, add 3 rounded scoops to 500-600ml of cold water. Use a blender or shaker for approximately 30 seconds. Have 1 to 2 servings daily (servings may be halved).

I purchased this supplement in the hope that it would've given me a boost in size. I was not disapointed, i have noticed a good gain in size and muscle mass in the month i was on this supplement. It can be quite sweet in taste (Vanilla) and doesn't mix as well as other shakes i've tried but this is outweighed by the gains it gives.

If you do not want to take protein powder , amino acids, creatine, glutamine, taurine, all seperately, this is the best supplement you could get with 2 gram of fat and 11 gram of sugar, you cant go wrong,

Only downside is to swallow it, it just doest seem to go down the throat, but the taste is tempting.

if you can take this 2 x a day, one in the morning 1 after workout, with u'r normal eating habbit (3 meals a day or 4) this will bulk you up.
