was 12 stone about 164lbs done 10 Min cardio then weights for about 1 hour then 20mins cardio 4 to 5 days week burns fat very good seem be lot leaner ripped look about 155lbs about 11 stone recommend for someone looking lose fat kept weight off n diet wasn't that good toke whey protein morning after work outs

This is a great product, was a bit skeptical at first, my diet was pretty decent not the best but still lost weight, great product and the capsules are so tiny there easy to take (if u have difficulties like me)
