I have used this about 6 times over the last month and certainly notice an effect on performance and stamina during a long session. Due to the cost, I have only used it during my weekly 2 hour session (1 hour BJJ + 1 hour MMA) as I can't justify the cost to use it every time I train as I would be adding £6 per week. Saying that, it does seem to help massively in the 2 hour session: I take half the bottle pre the BJJ and then the rest prior to the second hour. I have ordered a second batch and will probably continue to use for now but may look to seek out a more cost effective alternative.

i cant give this any more than 2 stars purely for the price, its essentially a Shot of Jack3d. 12 shots for £20 isnt value for money, these give a serious punch and the beta alanine makes your body tingle but having tried a lot of PWO supps this will be a once only buy unless it gets reduced quite dramatically. it gives good energy and focus but i just cant endorse the price! for me having used Jack3d a long time ago and having good results id recomend anybody interested in this kind of supplement to buy that instead, as its essentially the same stuff that gives the same effect and you can buy a 44 serving tub of Jack3d for around £20
