Much Better Tasting Than I Thought

Okay so i normally take Myprotein's BCAA in powder form and while yes its extremely effective there gets to a point where you just cant put up with the taste or you dont have any juice to wash it down, this on the other hand is so much better tasting, simply mix it with ice cold water and you will be fine!

I also found the egg protein easier to digest without any of the problems I experience with whey/dairy proteins. I am happy with the taste of the chocolate too. It's a shame there aren't more companies selling egg protein, and in bigger containers.

Liver Saviour!

It's useful to take care of your liver... especially if you're taking loads of supplements (and if you drink) and whatever and it does put a lot of strain on your liver.. .. the worse your liver gets, the less you're getting into your system... so take care of it by taking supplements like this... which really does help. I generally just take one a day .... it does makes you pee alot. Your liver will thank you.

Pre-sleep Staple

Take this before bed and feel awesome the next day. I've always been an insomniac. Like really badly. I'd sometimes be up until 6am... which is really bad but ever since I've taken these, I've been progressingly sleeping early which is good for me. Really does help with my sleep. I"m surprised too that it actually does help. Give it a go. :)
