Banoffee Whey Protein Pancakes

Without further ado, here are some Bodybuilding Warehouse bannoffee whey protein pancakes.

I got home from the gym and felt it was time to dig into your powders. Result: WOW: DELICIOUS!!!!!

The recipe below serves two or one very hungry person (particularly one very hungry person after a very intense workout hehe):

INGREDIENTS:
30g of Bodybuilding Warehouse Performance Protein
1 medium banana
185g liquid egg whites (1 cup)
20g macadamia nuts (1/8 cup)
20g rolled oats (1/4 cup)


 

DIRECTIONS: Blend together all the above ingredients and fry up on a nonstick pan. I topped the whole thing with sugar free maple syrup and sprinkled with cinnamon.

 
MACROS: (for all the pancakes which, like I said, could easily feed two): 534kcals, 42g carbs, 50g protein, 21g fat and 5.5g fiber.
