Choc Cherry Protein Brownies
- 3 eggs
- 225g light brown soft unrefined cane sugar
- 100ml Skimmed Milk
- 1 ½ tbsp of Walnut oil
- 175g of Self Raising wholemeal flour
- 120g Choc-Cherry Gateau Performance Protein
- Handful of sultanas (optional)
Pre heat your oven to 190C and brush you your tins with some walnut oil. Next, add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix until gooey but firm gooey.
Tip: If the mixture is too dry then add a little more milk until you feel that it is at the right consistency.
Sprinkle some protein into the bottom of your cake tin and then poor your mixture into the cake tin and even it all out. Your Brownie bake is now ready to be put in the oven. Let it cook for about 20-25 mins and then take it out the oven. Cut into 10 pieces and then eat! Yum Yum :)
Tip: If you put a knife into the middle of the brownie and it is dry when removed, then brownies are perfectly cooked.
