Chocolate Protein Probiotic Pancakes

Pancake Ingredients
70g Oats
30g Premium Whey Probiotic (chocolate flavour)
55g 70% less fat cottage cheese/fat free cottage cheese
1 tsp Almond Extract
1tsp Baking Powder
1 large free range egg
1 large free range egg white

Frosting Ingredients
25g Premium Casein Probiotic (vanilla)
60g Total 0% Fat Free Greek Yoghurt
100ml Unsweetened Almond Milk for thin frosting or 50ml for a thick frosting

*I just want to point out that the quantities used are to fit my personal dietary needs for my current goal. So make sure you tailor the ingredients to fit your own macronutrients, for example if you want less carbs, lower the grams of oats, less fat then use fat free cottage cheese or lower the amount and if you want less protein lower the grams of BBW Probiotic Whey or just use one whole egg. The individual macros for the pancakes and the frosting are at the end of the recipe.

First up make the frosting, weight all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, try 50ml of almond milk to start off with and if its too think for you add 25ml-50ml more. Once your happy with the consistency put the bowl in the fridge while you make the pancakes.

Add all the pancake ingredients into a blender and blend well, really well! They’ll turn into a really thick batter.

Pre heat a small frying pan so it’s really hot, spray 1 cal spray in the pan then spoon in the batter and adjust to a low heat. Cook one side for 1-2 minutes then flip and cook the other side. Once you’ve made one pancake put it on a plate, add the frosting on top then make the second pancake and again add the frosting once its done.
