Raspberry Banoffee Protein Fluff

120g Frozen Raspberries
50ml of Milk (I used whole milk but any will do)
34g of Banana Whey Protein

In a bowl, using a handheld mixer, blend all the ingredients together. Do this for about a minute or two until a creamy and thick batter forms. Then, using an electric whisker, whisk it for about 3-5 minutes. You will notice the mix begin to gain lots of volume. Once your desired level of volume is reached, take out a spoon and enjoy straight out of the bowl or divide into two smaller bowls. It's like a super fluffy and smooth ice cream. You can do this with lots of different flavours of the Bodybuilding Warehouse Whey Protein Concentrate 80 and different types of frozen fruit. Berries work best (i.e. they yield the most volume) but you can try frozen sliced bananas too (which are amazing with vanilla whey).

197kcals, 14g carbos,  (4.8g sugars), 28g protein, 0.2 fiber and 3.2g fiber.
