Body Transformation Progress

Even though that's a way off, the competition helps to motivate me to train as hard as possible as well as it stopping me from ordering them take away as an easy way out.

I can't believe how quick the last 8 weeks have gone but once you get through the first 2 weeks, the rest of it has been quite easy. Your body gets use to eating smaller and healthier portions of food and the training becomes a routine which you start to enjoy.

During my transformation, i have been using the supplements in the transformation stack and experimenting with different pre workouts. The main focus for the next 12 days is to cut down on cabs and fatty foods, so that my final pictures look as best as possible.
