White Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Cookies

Ingredients (Makes 12) High Protein Recipes

  • 350g of Pure peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
  • 100g Stevia or any Artificial Sweetener
  • 3 scoops of White Chocolate Pure whey 80
  • 25g Dark Chocolate Chips (you can also use Nuts/Raisins if you prefer)
  • 2 Medium Eggs



  • Preheat the oven to 160 degrees,
  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl until a dough like mixture is formed,
  • Lay baking paper on a baking tray,
  • Roll out as many cookies as you require in whatever size you want (I did 12)
  • Place tray in oven and cook for 8-10 minutes
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool

Once cool, Enjoy!

Macros per Cookie:

  • Kcal - 200kcal
  • Protein - 15g
  • Carbs - 4g
  • Fat - 15g
    (Of which saturates 2.5 gram)
