Suggested Use:

Very poor quality product

Blue raspberry taste isn’t at all great and there is genuinely zero effect at all. I’ve tried single scooping it and even double scooping it at times and it doesn’t have that same tingling feeling that many other pre workouts have. But then again, you’re getting what you pay for.

Does the work but the taste is too bad. I bought the blue raspberry flavour and idk how it is that i chuck it down my throat.
