What delivery methods do you use? Down white arrow

You can choose from a range of couriers including Hermes, DPD and Royal Mail, and a range of services from Standard (generally 3-5 working days) or Next Working Day (if order is received before 4pm Monday – Friday).

How long will my items take to be delivered? Down white arrow

If you selected our standard service (FREE on orders over £49), we aim to deliver your item within 3 - 5 working days from the date of purchase. Free delivery is a non-guaranteed service and although it usually takes 24 to 48hrs, it may take longer (Royal Mail state this can take as long as 10 working days, however we rarely experience this). If your order is over £100 then we will ship your item on the Hermes Next Working Day Service FREE of charge. If your order is under £100 you may select the Hermes Next Working Day service at just £4.99 for a speedy delivery. BW+ customers benefit from unlimited deliveries, free for 12 months, subject to the Terms and Conditions and availability of services available to your postcode (Hermes Next Working Day or Standard). All orders must be received by us by 4pm to ensure dispatch that day. This is to ensure they are picked and packaged in time for our courier pick-ups in the afternoon. Please be aware that orders can take up to 30 minutes to process through our systems. The tracking number and details of your order are available if you log into 'My Account', view 'My Orders', select the appropriate order and view the 'Deliveries' tab. This is where the tracking details will be displayed. Alternatively, simply email or call us for details specific to your parcel.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do? Down white arrow

In the rare event that your parcel arrives damaged please ensure you state this when signing for the parcel or ask the courier to return it to us directly. If doesn't arrive, incorrect items are received, or, your item arrives damaged, you will need to report this to us within 7 days of placing the order, otherwise we may not be able to rectify it. You may send a photograph of your invoice, box and contents by email to if you wish. This may help us better understand the situation and work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. If the items or packaging have been thrown away, we will not be able to take claims any further. If we do request that your damaged item is to be returned, we ask that you do this within 14 days of a returns label being issued. Any damaged returns received after this time cannot be resolved.

What do you do about returns? Down white arrow

We want our customers to be happy with the goods they bought, and ecstatic about our delivery and service. We will take back any faulty goods and exchange it for a new one, or refund you in full. Please ensure faulty goods are returned within 14 days of the ship date using our Returns Portal. If you are returning an item which was sent to you in error, goods should be still in their original packing and unopened. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items where you may have opened it up, consumed some of the product and found the taste is not to your liking. Currently we are only able to delivery to the UK, however we aim to deliver to many European countries, and further afield soon.

How do I use a discount code? Down white arrow

Any discount codes provided by us apply to the BW range of products which you can see here. These codes will not apply to other brands such as, but not limited to, Warrior, Best, The Bulk Protein Company, Player 1, Slim Foods and others. Only one discount code can be used per order, however you can use any store credit you may have on your account at the same time as a discount code. Discount codes may have a specific valid from and expiry date. Please enter the code exactly as provided in the Discount Code field when proceeding to checkout and payment. If the code is not valid you will see an error message.
