Cream of Rice is a luxury, super easy digesting, delicious and gluten free alternative to oats and other carb sources. Great for when you want a sugar free carb load that also comes in some insanely delicious flavours too, this makes an excellent addition to any bodybuilding diet. It is 100% Vegan friendly also.
Serving Suggestion
- To Enjoy Hot: Add 1 Heaped Scoop to 150ml of water in your blender bottle, shake and pour into a microwaveable bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds and then stir. Repeat this until you have the consistency of rice porridge you want.
- Cream of Rice can also be enjoyed cold and taken with milk or water as a drink.
