Quick delivery. Efficient service. Good price. Tracking service from courier was not very good.

Terrible

Firstly I ordered chocolate but milk chocolate arrived.
Secondly I spent ages trying to get through to customer service (chat bot function not providing useful replies and had to search hard for a phone number to call to speak to someone).
Thirdly I was then told that there’s an error on their website and there’s only milk chocolate, not chocolate.
I wouldn’t have ordered this product if I’d have known that but I also wasted a lot of my time trying to get through to customer service as I thought there was a mistaken delivery.
Lastly the product tastes awful/not at all chocolatey but it’s open and I’m stuck with 5kg of it.
Very unhappy.

Don't use this company

After 2 weeks since placing my order and many attempts to reach out to their customer service I finally got through to the live chat, my parcel had been "lost" they re-ordered and gave me a voucher code which doesn't work! Was told next day delivery and it didn't arrive next day... Asked for a refund and no one replied, there is no phone number and it's company is not a good one.
