Banoffee Protein Icecream

Been playing around with protein ice creams and ah! This is fantastic!
(Serves 2) 

INGREDIENTS:
165g of low fat cottage cheese
145g of banana (2 small bananas)
45g of Performance Protein V2 - Toffee
50ml whole milk 
Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Pinch of ground cloves (optional)

 

DIRECTIONS:
Blend all ingredients together until you get a creamy consistency. Freeze it in a tupperware, preferably a long tupperware so the ice cream has a long surface area to freeze. After 30 minutes take it out and mix it around with a fork (i.e. to air it and churn it). Put it back in the freezer. After another 30 minutes, take it out again and mix it again. Do the same 3-4 times, depending on how big your batch of ice cream is, until you get to a nice creamy and icecreamy consistency :-)


MACROS: per 1 out of 2 servings: 217kcals, 24g carbs (12g sugars), 27.5g protein, 2.6g fat (1.4g sat) and 2g fiber.
