Bodybuilding Warehouse Nutty Vanilla Pancakes

The recipe below serves two or one very hungry person after a hardcore workout ;)

30g of Vanilla Premium Whey Probiotic
185g liquid egg whites (1 cup)
20g macadamia nuts (1/8 cup)
20g rolled oats (1/4 cup)

 Blend together all the above ingredients and fry up on a nonstick pan.
You could top the pancakes with sugar free maple syrup and sprinkle with cinnamon for extra flavour. MMMMMMM ENJOY!

MACROS: (for all the pancakes which, could easily feed two): 438kcals, 21.1g carbs, 48.8g protein, 20.7g fat and 1.1g fiber.
